In my role as a coach specialised in personal development I will help you explore and define your goals. Together we will create an action plan so that you can reach you goals and get the change you want. By assisting you so that you can solve your problems and deal with obstacles along the way you will be able to get the changes you’d like in a much more efficient way.

Coaching is a partnership between a coach and a client that are willing to set goals, work actively towards them and are open to explore around these goals and values.

It doesn’t matter if you have a specific goal or if you are looking for general advice. I will make sure our relationship develops in a way that supports you in he best possible way.
I will keep you responsible for following a plan that is manageable and specially created for you.

I wont solve your problems, but I will guide you to solve them on your own. Our conversation is 100% confidential, and our relationship will be intimate, honest and most of the times very rewarding.

What is coaching?
Coaching is a conversational method that helps you define your goals and create a action plan so that you effectively can work towards them. With the assistance from a coach you will be challenged to think differently, see your life from new perspectives and at the same time find the inner resources you need to be able to reach your short and longterm goals.

Where will our session take place?
A session is most often held via phone or Skype. It will make it extra convenient for you as you don’t need to spend time traveling to my office.

How much time does it take?
It’s a little bit dependant on what your goals are, but in most cases about 10 sessions spread over 3-4 months. One session is 30-60 minutes. Between our sessions it’s completely up top you how much tie you are willing to invest.

What does the process look like?
The best thing you can do is to start by booking a free discovery session. If you after that decide you want to work with me the next step would be to have a longer planning conversation so I can understand what change you want and what your goals are. After that we make appointments for regular sessions. Initially once a week, then every second week.

How much does it cost?
It’s a little bit depending on what you want help with and what your goals are. As soon as I now that I will create a proposition just for you.
