What is coaching?
Coaching is a conversational method that helps you define your goals and create a action plan so that you effectively can work towards them. With the assistance from a coach you will be challenged to think differently, see your life from new perspectives and at the same time find the inner resources you need to be able to reach your short and longterm goals.
Where will our session take place?
A session is most often held via phone or Skype. It will make it extra convenient for you as you don’t need to spend time traveling to my office.
How much time does it take?
It’s a little bit dependant on what your goals are, but in most cases about 10 sessions spread over 3-4 months. One session is 30-60 minutes. Between our sessions it’s completely up top you how much tie you are willing to invest.
What does the process look like?
The best thing you can do is to start by booking a free discovery session. If you after that decide you want to work with me the next step would be to have a longer planning conversation so I can understand what change you want and what your goals are. After that we make appointments for regular sessions. Initially once a week, then every second week.
